1. Driver's age; Minimum age limit for non-credit card holders is 24 years and for credit card holders 23 years of age.
2. Driving license; the driver must hold a valid driving license issued at least a year before.
3. Minimum rental time; 24 hours. Every extra hour up to 3 hours is charged with 1/5 of the regular daytime rate. For over three hours customers will be charged with an extra day.
4. Use of the car abroad; it is possible only after a prior written approval by ALPHA DRIVE.
5. Change of car type; the company retains the right to change the type of car with another of the same category in special cases.
6. The reparation of damages in the wheels, the wheel-rims, the upholstery, as well as in the lower part of the car is chargeable to the renter. The above damages are under no circumstances covered by insurance.
7. Transport by ship; only after a prior written approval by ALPHA DRIVE. 3. Traffic tickets-fines; all fines and penalties are chargeable to the renter.
